Stephen Wade has worked in the banking and finance industry for 30 years. He has worked in Business Banking, Treasury and concentrated on Equipment Finance for the last 20 years. 11 years of this was spent in key management positions establishing 2 of Australia’s largest captive finance companies. One is in the earthmoving industry and the second in the transport industry. Stephen has been a finance broker for 14 years.

Stephen maintains close contact with small to large operators in the transport and earthmoving industries assisting their businesses to grow and perform under challenging operating conditions. He also works closely with a range of new and used equipment suppliers.

Listening and understanding the customer’s requirements is the key with the provision of a tailored financial solution for equipment acquisition.
